On Thursday 27th June year 9 went to Exeter University for this year’s Big Bang South West. It is a large Science and Engineering Fair which schools from all over the region attend. Pupils got to learn about and see micro organisms, stand inside of bubbles, see their ‘thinking ears’, see work by others schools, make rainbows in test tubes and clouds in bottles.
Next year we hope to be able to present some of our own work.
Thank you to all of the staff that made the trip possible and year 9 for making a fun and interesting day.
